Attorney Daryl Jones and I will rotate in asking questions during the show. The questions included below are designed to provide a guide but are not the only possible questions, nor may they be asked in the exact same order.
The first segment of the show will look back on the decades-long battle for the fight for Black women to be on the Supreme Court and some top line reaction to last week’s Confirmation Hearings for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson. We will discuss the disrespectful, racist antics on display by several senators, especially the “Gang of Five”: Senators Lindsey Graham, Josh Hawley, Marcia Blackburn, Ted Cruz, and Tom Cotton.
In the second segment, we will discuss the ongoing troubling consequences and legacy of the Clarence Thomas confirmation. In particular, we will examine the latest ethical conflict posed by his wife’s direct communications with Mark Meadows, former White House Chief of Staff, attempting subversion of the 2020 election results and her connections to the January 6th Insurrection. A major controversy is waging as to whether or not Judge Clarence Thomas should have recused himself from earlier considerations by the Court of issues related to the 2020 elections and prior and upcoming cases.
The third segment and fourth segments will be devoted to a general discussion of the Supreme Court’s current role in undermining civil rights progress; prior confirmation battles; next steps in the Judge Ketanji Brown Confirmation Proceedings; and, TJC activism to confront the racist behavior of the Gang of Five and other senators prior to the April 4th Senate Judiciary Committee vote and the Floor vote of the entire Senate.
These are the issues we will cover during this show.

The topic of our March 29th, 2022 show is “Battered Justice: Consequences of Clarence Thomas Confirmation, Ethical Conflicts, and Racism on Display Again During Judge Jackson Brown Confirmation Hearings”.
The themes and subjects of our show this week is drawn from the top headlines regarding the Supreme Court battles and is necessitated by the overall failure of the media to capture the actual nature and devastating, wicked behavior of the Gang of Five during the Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson Confirmation Hearings. Besides offering our unique, pointed, and insightful commentary on these events, we will discuss next steps in which our listeners can impact the upcoming confirmation proceedings.
