Black Voters Matter (BVM) is excited to announce the “We Fight Back” campaign and bus tour for the upcoming 2024 election season. We Fight Back is a national campaign to rally Black voters and amplify the issues impacting Black communities.
This show will feature a discussion about the many ways that committed persons can petition their state and local governments to debate and adopt this Resolution to show strong support for the right of private parties to be able to use the Voting Rights Act to redress unlawful racial discrimination in voting and voter dilution in redistricting.
During the first segment of the show, Igniting change will interview Tony Hill in a special tribute to the late human rights champion, Joseph “Joe” Madison. Also known as “The Black Eagle”, Joe Madison was a legendary voice in radio and a recognized human and civil rights activist.
